Casino Night Private Parties

Never. Every guest plays with fun money and casino chips we provide, so there is no wagering and no legal issue for a private event. At the end of the night chips are typically cashed in for raffle entries or prizes — all the thrill of a real casino floor, none of the risk.

As a rule of thumb allow roughly 10 × 10 feet per casino table so dealers and guests can move comfortably. A blackjack table seats up to 7 players, craps and roulette draw larger standing crowds. We regularly set up in living rooms, garages, back patios, clubhouses and event halls — tell us your space and we'll recommend the right table mix.

We generally plan one table per 12–15 guests so nobody waits long to play. For a 40-guest birthday that's about three tables; for 100 guests, closer to seven. We'll build the exact recommendation into your quote based on your headcount and how long the party runs.

Our team typically arrives two to three hours before your start time and handles the full setup, then breaks everything down after the last guest leaves. Setup and breakdown are included — you never touch a table.

Four to six weeks is comfortable for most private parties. Peak season — December holidays, New Year's Eve and graduation weekends — books out much further, so reach out early if your date falls in those windows. We can sometimes accommodate short notice, so it is always worth calling.
